Kitchen
Our kitchen is located 3 miles south of Orillia at Shaws Maple Syrup Bush. This facility is
home to our seasonal restaurant and our maple production equipment. Cleanliness is extremely
important at this location. We are inspected by two different government organizations
The Simcoe County District Health Unit has given us a glowing report on our kitchens year
after year. We also own an exporting license which allows us to ship our maple products all
over the world. Inspectors from the Canadian Food Safety Branch gave us their stamp of
approval after going through all aspects of our operation. So relax and enjoy our food, your
guests are in good hands.
