Has been at the heart of our family since 1904. A lot has changed over the last 121 years but our syrup is still made with the sap of our own trees and it still tastes unbelievably delicious.

Shaws Pancake House

Our seasonal restaurant provides a warm and welcome respite during the syrup-making season. Clad in barn board with maple memorabilia adorning the walls, the room invites you to relax by the fire while you enjoy your meal at one of the tables made from our own trees. The feel is pure Canadian.

Shaws Walking Trails - Map

Welcome to our maple sugarbush. Since 1904, five generations of our family have tapped these trees to make 100% pure maple syrup for our community. Hopefully, you can absorb some of that history as you explore the trees and maple pipelines. Maybe you can imagine what it was like to walk through the bush with only a horse-drawn sleigh to collect sap.

We work hard to sustain, protect, and care for our trees so they thrive and so that we, and you, can enjoy them for generations to come. We hope you have a wonderful walk.
